
My “Internet Tracking – What your Website Visitors are Telling You!’ seminar I gave with Kathie McDaniel, Director of Marketing and Advertising at Highland Homes, was extremely successful. We had over 120 people in the room learning about how to effectively track their marketing budget to determine ROI.
As the chart here shows, Highland was able to use mRELEVANCE’s tracking methods to determine what was effective, they were able to reduce their marketing budget by 50% in September, start a social media campaign in October, which generated a significant (double or triple) increase in traffic online AND at their sales center, which resulted in December being their second best month of the year for sales.
